Good

The hotel is situated in the center of the city so the public transportation connections are quite good. The room was bigger than I expected (as usually the rooms turn out to be smaller than pictures show) and it seemed like the bathroom has been renovated quite recently. We were also able to check-in early which was a very nice surprise.

Nothing particular. You can see the hotel is not the newest one from warn walls but this is not really anything that would affect your stay in the hotel.

Solid Tourist Hotel. Good for Int'l Visitors

We booked two rooms. A standard room and a deluxe room. Both were very well-maintained and smartly decorated. This isn't a particularly new hotel, but nothing was overly shabby or worn. I think the hotel management takes good care of their property. The breakfast buffet up on the 15th floor is a pretty decent value. Nice views from up there as well.

The standard room was nice, but there was like a noisy pipe or something behind one wall. It sounded like every bathtub in the hotel was draining right through our room at night. Not the best environment for a good night's sleep. This was room 2021, by the way. Maybe avoid that one.

Location

The carpet seemed to have dust. And the basin should not be outside the toilet such that have to open door after using toilet in order to wash hands. In the bigger family room, the basin was only in the bathroom, which means if a person is bathing, another person cannot use the toilet as the basin is not accessible.

We liked a lot: spacious and clean room, the cosmetics (nice smell and quality), window view was awesome, kettle in the room, umbrellas for rent for free, bathrobes, the nightshift staff at the reception desk!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was nice of the whole city. Location was good too as not too far from shops and train station.

It was quite far from the bus terminal and we had to get a taxi on our way back.

There's a bathtup shown in booking.com page however the hotel room does not have it. Should include iron too.

Good location, friendly staff (young girl at the front desk), clean rooms, also liked shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom.

1. I didn't like the breakfast. I would pay more for the breakfast and have various high-quality food (fresh fruits, vegetables, fish), rather than pay less and have simple food. I also wanted to make a latte with a coffee machine, but it was only designed for americano and espresso. 2. Annoying heating system, which is just a conditioner blowing hot air. It dries skin and is noisy. But I guess it's common in Korean hotels during the winter season.

Very good choice

Some of the staff didn't speak English but they made the effort to try and understand our broken korean. The bed were very comfortable, the bedroom warm (it's winter) and there are many shops and restaurants around. There was shampoo/confitioner/body wash/etc.. + hair dryer. No opinion on breakfast as we chose not to take it.

The day of check-in the room wasn't really well cleaned (dead mosquitos on the window..) but the next day they cleaned it better. Some people from another room decided to have a party on our second night, were screaming in the corridor at midnight.
